My name is Justin Tsang and I specialize in creating websites with strong user-friendly and built according to best-practice web standards. I am one of those all in one designers with a background of development.Over the past few years I've enjoyed working with many small profile companies to large scale projects.

For visual design work I like to use pens, pencils, PhotoShop and Illustrator. To bring the designs to life, I use accessible and search engine optimized XHTML and CSS. Normally I have work from scratch using dreamweaver or aptana but have gotten good at looking at other peoples code.I mostly work with PHP, ASP, and MySQL to build flexible, database driven websites. For CMS sites I prefer Drupal.
